Euroload Limited provide load monitoring solutions for overhead cranes within a zone 2 hazardous area. Consisting of load cell and large display. There are two points to fit the load cell. Replace the compensation sheave pin or dead end wedge socket. All load cells have intrinsically safe 2 wire 4-20 ma output to minimise noise from the electrical motors. All load cells Ex ia II C T4 Ga.
We use high quality London Electronics display with 2, 4 or 6” displays, 4 or 6 digits, double sided display available. We have had these displays working in very harsh environments for over 10 years with no issues.
Audible visual alarms and overload alarms available.
The displays are fitted inside ATEX rated 304 stainless steel enclosures. Display code Ex nR IIC T6 Gc.
